Caribbean Payroll Company (CPC) has been active in Caribbean Islands since 2008 and has two offices, one in Curaçao and one in St. Maarten.

CPC is a partnership with BDO Dutch Caribbean. Our company is specialized in processing payroll administrations and related HR and fiscal advisory for Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Aruba and the BES islands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba).

Currently CPC processes over 300 payrolls per month for businesses ranging from one to 1700 employees.

In addition to payroll administration, CPC also offers trainings and instructions to personnel occupied with payroll administration. Main topics of our trainings include the administration of wages, gross-net calculations and Labor law.
